Greetings, and welcome to “Sophie’s Species,” , my self-created site that I’ve dedicated to the artistry of custom pet and wildlife portraiture. My name is Sophie (no surprise there!), your committed artist. I invite you to navigate through my website to discover how I can metamorphose your favourite animals into immortalised pieces of art. I’m proud to say that I am a vet student, and that I’m steady with a scalpel, and precise with a pencil. I love to take a deeper, life-respecting view on my art. When I recreate the iris, I see a bit deeper into them than perhaps many others.
I’m Sophie Eglinton
